If you've been thinking about getting an iPad for a while, now may be the time to go for it. If you don't need the "retina" display or improved camera of the new model, Apple is offering the refurbished iPad 2 with 16GB of storage for only $349.00. Anything that Apple sells as refurbished is basically a brand new unit with a full warranty. The item may have been purchased and returned to the store before it was ever opened and Apple can no longer sell it as "new". I've bought quite a few refurbished items from the Apple store and have never had a problem. At this price point, I say grab one of these over the Kindle Fire or any available Android tablet.
